Join us for a powerful Guided Meditation, hands-on blessings to super charge your intentions, and Sound Healing with Alchemy Bowls to integrate.

We'll be in sacred space at Cityside Spiritual Center. Bring a mat and blanket or pillow if you'd like to settle in. There are also chairs available if you prefer not to be on the floor.
