Sacred Sound Wednesdays
SOUND HEALING ON HOLD FOR NOW
We offer sound in a variety of forms for each Wednesday of the month, including chanting, singing bowls, drums and singing.
Yolanda offers Sound Healing with crystal bowls and other instruments to create a nurturing experience twice each month.
Frank offers Tibetan singing bowls and a practical accessible approach to meditation. Occasionally he hosts a drum circle that calls in cosmic energies.
Conscious Movement Sundays
This Conscious Movement Experience is the perfect way to release anything remaining from the previous week and to prepare for the week ahead. Leave feeling clear, light and blissful. Conscious Guided Movement is a very internal experience, creating movement within the mind and body. Each week will offer a different theme. Come explore with us! 6:30 - 7:45PM

Our Mission is to create and hold a Sacred Space for community healing and transformation into expanded Consciousness.

Our Community - our members come from a broad range of traditions and spiritual backgrounds, and many first arrive here in the course of their searches for personal and spiritual fulfillment. They often continue to come to the Center because of the overall atmosphere of inclusion and trust that are encouraged in every aspect of the Flowering Heart Center.
Our Founder and Spiritual Director
Kristin Panek has a passion for supporting soul seekers on their awakening path to step into their highest potential and experience deep, authentic connection with their higher self, other beings and the environment. She brings an amazing ability to hold a safe, sacred space in which change is allowed to occur in her workshops, private sessions and community evenings.
